O R D E R
1. Despite service of notice, none appears for the respondent.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner–wife seeking transfer of Matrimonial Case No.54 of 2024 titled "Prashant vs. Shailaja” pending before the Court of Principal Sr. Civil Judge and JMFC Jamkhandi, Karnataka to the Family Court in Pune, Maharashtra.
3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the opinion that interests of justice require that the petition should be allowed.
4. Accordingly, Matrimonial Case No.54 of 2024 titled "Prashant vs. Shailaja” pending before the Court of Principal Sr. Civil Judge and JMFC Jamkhandi, Signature Not Verified Karnataka is hereby transferred to the Family Court in Date: 2025.05.09 Reason:
Pune, Maharashtra.
5. Records shall be sent by the Court where proceedings are pending to the transferee Court promptly.
6. On an application made by the respondent, the Family Court to which the case is transferred shall permit the respondent to appear through video conference on all dates except on the dates on which his personal presence is absolutely mandatory.
7. The Transfer Petition is, accordingly allowed.
