1. By way of this petition filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the petitioner-wife seeks transfer of H.M.A. No. 1410 of 2022 titled ‘Harish Kumar vs. Saroj’ pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini District Courts, New Delhi to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh.

2. The petitioner-wife and respondent-husband are present in person along with their respective counsel.

3. Sufficient cause having been made out by the petitioner – wife, warranting transfer of the case, as prayed for by her, the Transfer Petition deserves to be allowed. It is ordered accordingly.

4. Consequently, H.M.A. No. 1410 of 2022, titled ‘Harish Kumar v. Saroj’ pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini District Courts, New Delhi is ordered to be transfer to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Signature Not Verified D PO ig O ita J l A ly S si H gn A e R d M Fb A yarrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh.
