2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. The appellant apprehends his arrest in connection with F.No. DRI/MZU/B/INT-33/2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 135(1)(i)(A) and 135(1)(i)(B) of the Customs Act, 1962.
4. Admittedly, the investigation is over and, therefore, custodial interrogation of the appellant is not required.
5. In such view of the matter, we are inclined Signature Not Verified to set aside the impugned order and grant Digitally signed by SWETA BALODI Date: 2025.05.09 Reason: anticipatory bail to the appellant.
6. Accordingly, the impugned order stands set aside and the appellant is granted anticipatory bail, subject to the terms and conditions that may be imposed by the Trial Court as it deems fit for the purpose.
7. The appeal is allowed accordingly.
8. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
