Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

At the instance of the petitioners who are the accused, no case is made out to transfer pending criminal cases. For any reason, the petitioners are unable to appear on the dates fixed by the Trial Court, they can either apply for exemption or grant of permission to appear through video conference. Unless the personal appearance of the accused is mandatory, we are sure that the concerned trial court will consider the said request in accordance with law.

Subject to what is observed above, the transfer petitions are dismissed.
