2. The Appeal is directed against the impugned order dated

05.01.2024 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench in Review Application No.636 of 2014 in Writ-C No.5837 of 2006, whereby the High Court has allowed the said Review Application, after the High Court had rejected the Recall Application of the respondent vide the order dated 19.08.2014.

3. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

4. Having regard to the submissions and to the documents on record, it appears that the deceased respondent No.1 – Ram Chandra Yadav had filed a Writ Petition being Misc.
