O R D E R
Heard learned senior counsel for the parties. The petitioner is also present in person.
2. It has been brought to our notice that the order of this Court dated 13.05.2025 has been breached and not complied with inasmuch as the child, who was supposed to be with the petitioner-father throughout the day, except for visitation rights as has been permitted by the said order, is going back to the mother’s place for night stay. It is also an admitted position that the same was ostensively at the request of the child herself. The petitioner had no business to interfere with the arrangement made by this Court without taking specific permission from this Court which has obviously, not been done. Thus, we do not find that the stand taken before us by the petitioner appears to be bonafide and genuine for the reasons that he has been representing before the Court that once the child comes in his custody, and in the present case, photographs have been brought on recor
