“a) Transfer the petition under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure , 1908 seeking the transfer of case bearing Original Matrimonial Suit No. 158/2024 under Section 13(i)(1a) of Hindu Marriage Act , 1955 titled as “Sri Arnob Mitra vs. Smt. Payel Aich” filed by the respondent against the Petitioner, which is pending adjudication before the Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamshedpur to the Ld. Family Court Alipore, South 24 Parganas, Kolkata, West Bengal.
2. During the pendency of this petition the matter was referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre however, the mediation failed.
