UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following

O R D E R

SLP(Crl) No . 278/2025 & SLP(Crl) No. 341/202 5

1. This Court vide order dated 15.01.2025 has granted interim protection to the petitioner.

2. Though Mr. Aaditya Aniruddha Pande, learned counsel for the respondent/State vehemently opposes the petitions, fairly concedes that the petitioner has joined the investigation. He further submits that the charge-sheet is yet to be filed and the petitioner should be directed to cooperate with the investigation, till the filing of the charge-sheet.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the special leave petitions are disposed of by making the order passed by this Court on 15.01.2025 absolute.

4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.

SLP(Crl) No. 5035/2025 & SLP(Crl) No. 4555/2025

1. We are not inclined to entertain these petitions. The special leave petitions are, accordingly, dismissed.
