1. Leave granted.
2. Heard Ms. Rekha Palli, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant and Mr. Shiv Mangal Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General for the State of Rajasthan.
3. The limited ground raised in the present appeal is that though the vehicle of the appellant is registered with the Transport Authority at Gwalior, the registration certificate has been suspended by the Transport Authority at Jaipur.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the State of Rajasthan submits that there are gross violations of the rules and regulations, as framed by the State of Rajasthan.
5. It is further submitted that the modifications made by the appellant are likely to put the life of the passengers traveling in such a bus in grave danger.
6. We find that the registration certificate issued by an authority in the State of Madhya Pradesh could not have been suspended by the Registration Authority in the State of Rajasthan. At the most th
