UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
Since the impugned order(s) are interim in nature, we are not inclined to interfere with the same, particularly, when the Division Bench of the High Court was pleased to post the matters for hearing on 27th February, 2025, high up on the Board.
We only request the High Court to make an endeavour to dispose of the matters on that date itself.
The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
Writ Petition(s)(Civil) No(s). 88/2025 Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the High Court.
Permission granted.
The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
We, however, take note of the fact that the High Court itself has clearly stated that all further proceedings pursuant to the tender would be subject to the further orders to be passed by it.
