O R D E R
1. The parties were referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre for the purpose of exploring possibility of amicable settlement. We are happy to note that the parties have been able to resolve all their disputes.
2. The parties have decided to save their marriage and lead a happy marital life.
3. The terms of the settlement have been reduced into writing, duly signed by the parties including the learned Mediator and the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.
4. The original Settlement Agreement is ordered to be taken on record.
5. The Settlement Agreement reads thus:-
“This Settlement Agreement is being executed between Petitioner/ wife Ms. Kajal Rajeev Kumar Soni W/o Shubham Verma R/o B-202, Anmol Heights, Kokanipada Village, Near Poonam Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by 1 CHANDRESH Date: 2025.05.26 Reason:
