ORDER

1. The delay of 14 days in filing the present appeal is condoned in the facts and circumstances of the case. Accordingly, I.A. No. 148194/2025 is allowed.

2. Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

3. The order impugned in the present civil appeal is an interlocutory order dated 26.03.2025. The said order itself states that the appeal before the NCLAT shall be listed on 07.05.2025.

4. We have been informed that on the said date, the appeal was adjourned and was fixed for another date and now, 11.09.2025 is the next date fixed for hearing in the appeal.

5. In view of the above, we do not consider it appropriate to interfere with the order impugned at Signature Not Verified D SNig Eita Hll Ay Dsi Agn Sed by this stage and dispose of the present civil appeal Date: 2025.07.09
