Leave granted.
The appellant approached this Court aggrieved by the order dated 24.07.2024 passed by the High Court denying him anticipatory bail in relation to First Information Report/Case Crime No. 61/2023 dated 18.03.2023 registered with Police Station – Mohammadabad, District – Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh, for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Interim anticipatory bail was granted by this Court on 17.09.2024.
We are informed that the appellant joined investigation thereafter and upon completion of the investigation, the chargesheet has also been filed.
In that view of the matter, custodial interrogation of the appellant is not required at this stage. The order dated Signature Not Verified

The appellant shall abide by the Digitally signed by Deepak Guglani Date: 2025.07.16 Reasotn:erms and conditions fixed by the trial court at the time of the grant of anticipatory bail pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 17.09.2024, and also the conditions stipulated in Section
