1. The petitioner-wife has filed the petition under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure , 1908 before this Court seeking transfer of Case bearing Matrimonial Case No. 19 of 2025 titled as “Dishank Daksh vs. Maanvi Singh” pending before the Family Court, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh to the Family Court, District East, Karkardooma, Delhi.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we allow the transfer petition and direct the transfer of case bearing Matrimonial Case No. 19 of 2025 titled as “Dishank Daksh vs. Maanvi Singh” pending before the Family Court, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh to the Family Court, District East, Karkardooma, Delhi Signa3ture. Not VerifiedLet the record of the case be transferred without delay.
