1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. A Compliance Report has been filed on behalf of the State of Uttar Pradesh in terms of our order dated 28.04.2025.

3. The Report reveals that the contents of FIR No. 351A/1984 Digitaly signed by SATISH KUMAR YADAV Date: 2025.07.25
1 R7 e: a1 s7 o:2 nc7 : ISoT uld not be deciphered even by the expert institute, namely, the Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL), New Delhi, and a report received from it reveals that except two Hindi words which could be partially read such as “147/148/302/201 IPC” and again “10.11.84” others are fragmented terms. That being so, we are satisfied that no effective action in furtherance of FIR No. 351A/1984 can be taken at this stage. However, as and when the agencies are able to get material copy of the same, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court without any delay so that appropriate directions in relation to that FIR can also be issued.
