O R D E R
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Despite service of notice being complete upon the respondent-husband, he has chosen not to appear, meaning thereby, he does not want to contest the petition.
3. The petitioner-wife is seeking transfer of a petition for restitution of conjugal rights filed by the respondent-husband bearing HMA No.438 of 2023 titled as "Vikash Pasi Vs. Jayshree Kaithwas” pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Kota, Rajasthan to the Family Court, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, where she is living.
4. Considering the fact that three other cases filed by the petitioner-wife are pending at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, it would be expedient for the ends of justice to transfer the subject-case as asked for by the petitioner-wife.
