connection with an offence of murder registered with the Surajpur Police Station, District Gautum Budh Nagar, State of U.P. It appears to be a case of honour killing.
3. Prima-facie, the High Court does not seem to have understood the purport of the application, which was filed by the petitioner herein. First, we want to understand what is this Witness Protection Scheme, 2018 and secondly, if a first informant is being threatened by the accused and it is brought to the notice of the High Court that some of the conditions imposed by it while granting bail have been breached, then the only remedy is to cancel the bail. We have not been able to understand why the High Court wants the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy under this so called Witness Protection Scheme, 2018 .
6. On the returnable date, the Investigating OfÏcer shall remain personally present with the papers of this investigation.
We would like to know the status of that complaint(s) also.
