1. Leave granted.

2. An interim order dated 10.05.2019 passed by the High Court in a pending Writ Petition, by virtue whereof the Writ Petition stood apparently allowed, is under challenge in these proceedings. The record reveals that when the matter came up for hearing on 13.09.2019, this Court directed that the appellants will not be compelled to bifurcate the licence, until further orders. The aforesaid interim order is still in operation.

3. The main case i.e., CWP No. 24568 of 2018 is stated to be still pending before the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

4. We have heard learned senior counsel for respondent No.1 as well as counsel for respondent No. 3 in support of the interim order. We are of the considered view that the impugned order cannot sustain as the High Court ought not to have granted the main Signarturee Nolt Veirifieedf through an interim measure. 5. The impugned order is thus set aside. The appeal is accordingly allowed.
