O R D E R

2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the averments made in the appeals inter alia contending that along with the notice, all the documents have not been served and those documents were asked from the Registrar. In addition, the proof of supply of those documents is also not on record. It is said that because of non-availability of documents, the appellant could not file the written statement. The said fact has not been controverted in the counter affidavit filed by the respondent.

4. Since the respondent has already filed the affidavit in support of his pleadings and the written submissions, therefore, we direct that the case be decided as expeditiously as possible within six months.
