O R D E R
1. The present transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife seeking transfer of a petition for restitution of conjugal rights filed by the respondent- husband bearing HMA No. 3215 of 2023 titled as “Sanjeev Kumar vs. Chetna Rani” pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, North-West, Rohini Court, Delhi to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Mansa, Punjab, where she is presently residing.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Despite service of notice upon the respondent-husband, no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has two minor children to look after and that two more cases filed by her are also pending at Mansa, Punjab, it would be expedient in the ends of justice to transfer the subject-case as asked for by the petitioner-wife.

5. The Court where proceedings are pending shall transfer the records to the Digitally signed by geeta ahuja Date: 2025.01.08

6. The Transfer Petition stands allowed accordingly.
