O R D E R

Heard Ms. Saumya Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner (wife).

2. The counsel refers to the Office Report dated 08.01.2025 to point out that although notice was duly served on both respondents, none has entered appearance on their behalf.

3. It is then submitted that petitioner (wife) is residing with her two minor children in her parental home at Delhi. That apart, the case filed under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 against the respondent no.1, and a petition under Section 225 of the CrPC by the petitioner are both pending before the Courts at Delhi.

4. Having considered the above and the unrebutted pleadings from the respondents’ side, we deem it appropriate to order transfer of HMA petition No.1496 of 2023, “Sonu Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by Deepak Joshi Date: 2025.01.16 Jhangu vs. Renu Jhangu and Anr.”, pending before the Court

of Family Court, Gurugram to the Court of Family Court at Rohini, Delhi. It is ordered accordingly.

5. The Court of Family Court, Gurugram shall send the case records to the transferee Court without any delay.

6. After transfer of the case papers, the transferee Court should make endeavour either for amicable settlement or for early decision in the matter without unnecessary adjournments.

7. The Transfer Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
