1. Leave granted.
2. The impugned order dated 07.02.2017 passed by the High Court at Calcutta, whereby the F.M.A. No. 19 of 2017 filed by the appellants herein was dismissed, is under challenge before this Court.
3. This Court vide Order dated 12.07.2019 had directed to list the matter after the judgment is rendered in SLP (C) No.9036-
9038/2016. (Indore Development Authority vs Manoharlal & Ors.)
4. Having heard the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondent and carefully perusing the material placed on record, it appears that the High Court had declared the acquisition proceedings in question as lapsed in view of Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
