Mr. Sidharth Luthra and Mr. Siddharth Aggarwal, learned Senior counsel appearing for the State of Andhra Pradesh and Mr. Byrapaneni Suyodhan, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 pray for and are granted two weeks’ time to file counter affidavit(s). Petitioner will have two weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

List the matter after four weeks.

In the meantime, by way of ad interim order, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail in connection with FIR No.187 of 2024 dated 11.07.2024 registered at Police Station Nagarampalem, District Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, subject to her executing personal bonds for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only), with one or more sureties in the like amount.

However, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the investigation and report to the Investigating Officer as and when directed to do so.
