It has been submitted by Ld. Counsel Mr. Sandeep Sudhakar Deshmukh that he is appearing on behalf of Respondent No.22 and it is wrongly mentioned in the office report that he is appearing for Respondent No.14. Registry to verify and update the records.
Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. Counsel for the petitioner, to take fresh steps, to issue notice to the respondent No.14.
As per postal tracking report notice issued to respondent NO.16 has been received back with postal remarks “Unclaimed”. Service is deemed complete on the said respondent in view of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Court in K. Bhaskaran Vs. Sankaran Vaidhyan Balan & Anr (1999), 7, Supreme Court cases 510 and Registrar’s Court’s Order dated 13.10.2023 passed in T.P(C) No.
2090/2019, still there is no appearance.
Notice issued to respondent No.18 is returned with postal remarks ”Refused”. Thus, service is deemed to be complete on the respondent and there is no appearance.
