O R D E R
1. By way of this Transfer Petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of proceedings being HMA Petition No.59/2024, titled “Prashant Dubey vs. Anamika Sharma“, pending before the Court of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bayana, Bharatpur, Rajasthan to the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. 2. The grounds raised by the petitioner for transfer are: she has to take care of her minor daughter; and, also on account of long distance, she is unable to effectively defend the proceedings initiated at Bharatpur.
3. On such consideration, we are of the view that the transfer can be allowed. Consequently, the Transfer Petition is allowed.
4. Accordingly, the proceedings being HMA Petition No.59/2024, titled “Prashant Dubey vs. Anamika Sharma“, pending before the Court of the learned Additional District Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by and Sessions Judge-II, Bayana, Bharatpur, Rajasthan is NAVEEN D Date: 2025.08.02
