O R D E R
1. Delay in refiling is condoned.
2. Despite service of notice, none appears for the respondent. 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of Divorce Petition bearing Matrimonial Case No. 370/2024 titled “Nishant Anand vs. Madhu Anand” pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, Bihar to the Court of Competent Jurisdiction at Family Court, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
4. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the opinion that interests of justice require that the petition should be allowed.
5. Accordingly, Matrimonial Case No. 370/2024 titled “Nishant Anand vs. Madhu Anand” pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, Bihar, is hereby transferred to the Court Signaoturef Not Ve rifiedCompetent Jurisdiction at Family Court, Jamshedpur, Digitally signed by babita pandey Date: 2025.08.04 ReasoJn:harkhand.
7. Records shall be sent by the Court where proceedings are pending to the transferee Court promptly.
8. The Transfer Petition is, accordingly, allowed.
