O R D E R
1. The petitioner-wife has filed the petition under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure , 1908 before this Court seeking transfer of Divorce Petition filed under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act , 1955 bearing Matrimonial Case No. 1438 of 2024 titled as “Sumit Kumar son of Pradeep Kumar Sinha vs Sucholita Ghosh wife of Sumit Kumar” pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar, UP to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Deoghar, Jharkhand.
2. During the pendency of aforesaid transfer petition, the parties were referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre vide order dated 26.03.2025. By virtue of the mediation, the parties have arrived at a settlement and they have decided to settle the dispute(s) and resume their marital life on certain terms and Signature Not Verified Digitaclly soignned bdyitions which are delineated in the settlement agreement KAPIL TANDON Date: 2025.08.02
