1. The petitioner-wife has filed the petition under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure , 1908 before this Court seeking transfer of Case bearing F.C.O.P No. 1744 of 2024 titled as “Sri Tharun Bhascker Dhaassyam vs. Smt. Anavalamudi Latha Madhu Naidu pending before the Principal Family Court, Integrated Family Court Complex at Hyderabad, Telangana State to the Family Court at Bengaluru, Karnataka State.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we allow the transfer petition and direct the transfer of case bearing F.C.O.P No. 1744 of 2024 titled as “Sri Tharun Bhascker Dhaassyam vs. Smt.
