Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we allow the transfer petition and direct the transfer of case bearing F.C.O.P No. 1744 of 2024 titled as “Sri Tharun Bhascker Dhaassyam vs. Smt. Anavalamudi Latha Madhu Naidu ” pending before the Principal Family Court, Integrated Family Court Complex at Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by KAPIL TANDON Date: H202y5.0d8.01erabad, Telangana State to the Family Court at Bengaluru, 17:32:41 IST Reason:

Karnataka State.

3. Let the record of the case be transferred without delay.

4. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned court for compliance.
