O R D E R

On 27^th July, 2020 this Court passed the following

order:

“We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Insurance Company. Not only are we not inclined to interfere with the impugned order under Article 136 of the Constitution of India but would like to give Signature Not Verified our imprimatur to the directions contained in Digitally signed by ANITA MALHOTRA Date: 2025.08.06

18:40:46 IST the impugned order of the responsibility of Reason:

the Insurance Company to provide a motorized wheelchair in case of such permanent disability as a life time measure.

Learned counsel for the petitioner however states that even if the aforesaid be the position, some of the directions contained in the impugned order to implement the same may become a little unworkable and thus, she will take instructions how to better implement this arrangement.

We would like her to examine this issue and file an affidavit before us as to how this aspect has to be implemented in a better manner in the perception of the Insurance Company.

The affidavit be filed within six weeks, as prayed.

List after eight weeks.”

Thereafter various orders passed by this Court show that service on the respondent No.1 is comple
