3. Being dissatisfied with the judgment and order of conviction passed by the trial court, he went in appeal before the High Court. 4. The High Court re-appreciated and re-evaluated the entire oral as well as documentary evidence on record and was convinced that the trial court committed no error in holding the petitioner herein guilty of the offence of murder.

6. In such circumstances, referred to above, we see no good ground to interfere with a very well-reasoned judgment and order passed by the High Court.

8. With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.
