3. On 13.05.2025 a Miscellaneous Application No. 7144 of 2025 was filed by the respondent for recalling our order dated 13.12.2024. It is alleged in the said application that the respondent Mr. Harish Jaiswal did not authorize anyone to appear in the matter.

That the Applicant/Respondent is constrained to approach this Hon'ble Court to recall/set aside the order dated 13.12.2024 which has been passed by this Hon'ble Court on account of a purported settlement alleged to be executed between the Petitioner and the Respondent/Applicant. True copy of the order dated 13.12.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court is annexed as ANNEXURE R-1.(Page no.11-15).
