1. Delay in filing the spare copies in Diary No.41807/2024 is condoned.
2. A joint application has been filed by both the learned counsel appearing for the parties as I.A. No.188550/2025 bringing to the notice of this Court that a Settlement Deed dated 06.08.2025 has been entered into between the parties, duly signed by them and attested by the learned counsel for both the sides.
