We have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
We have perused the Transfer Petitions filed by the petitioners and according to us, there is no justifiable reason to transfer Writ Petition No. 25064 (W) of 2016 titled as “West Bengal Kerosene Agents Welfare Association and Anr. vs. Union of India & Ors.” pending before the High Court at Calcutta; Writ Petition No. 13179 of 2017 titled as “S. Kuppuswamy vs. Union of India & Ors. Writ Petition No. 13181 of 2017 titled as “Tamil Nadu Kerosene Dealers Association vs. Union of India & Ors.”; Writ Petition No. 26879 of 2017 titled as “Tamil Nadu Kerosene Dealers Association vs. Union of India & Ors.,” and Writ Petition No. 26880 of 2017 titled as “S. Kuppuswamy vs. Union of India & Ors.” pending before the High Court of Judicature at Madras to this Court.
Accordingly, the Transfer Petitions are dismissed.
Pending applications stand disposed of.
