The appellant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No.11208055230234 of 2023 registered at DCB Police Station, District Rajkot, Gujarat for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c), 21(c) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 .

Admittedly, the appellant has been under incarceration for more than one year and ten months. All the witnesses have been examined except the Investigating Officer.
