O R D E R
1. Pursuant to our order dated 14.07.2025, the Registrar General of the Madras High Court has filed an affidavit, in which it is stated;
“11. As directed, the matter was placed before the Hon’ble Computer Committee of Madras High Court and Hon’ble Committee had directed the Registry of Madras High Court to launch the “Online RTI Portal” both for the High Court and District Judiciary and the Hon’ble The Chief Justice of Madras High Court had directed the Registry of Madras High Court to launch the said portal immediately.
12. As directed, the “Online Right to Information Act Portal” both for the High Court and District Judiciary, which enables the citizen to file the RTI Application through Online, has been launched and commenced from 24.07.2025. The said Portal has been hosted in the link (https://mhc.tn.gov.in/eservice/rti). In this regard, Notification has been issued vide Roc No.135557A/2022/Comp.9, dated 24.07.2025. A copy of the Notification dated 24.07.2025 issued by the Madras High Court, is annexed hereto as Annexure-A (p.7).”
