O R D E R
1. By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking transfer of the Marriage Petition No. 1421 of 2024, titled “MR. RAHUL RAJIV ISSAR v. MRS. VASVI VIVEK KUMAR MISHRA” from the Court of 13th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pune to the Court of competent jurisdiction in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. Despite service of notice, no one has entered appearance for the respondent. Hence, it Signature Not Verified appears that the respondent has no objection if Digitally signed by NISHA KHULBEY Date: 2025.08.21 Reason: the present petition is transferred, as prayed for.
4. Under these circumstances, and even otherwise also, the petitioner has made out a ground for transfer of the present petition and accordingly, the same is allowed.
