1. By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking transfer of the Marriage Petition No. 1421 of 2024, titled “MR. RAHUL RAJIV ISSAR v. MRS. VASVI VIVEK KUMAR MISHRA” from the Court of 13^th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pune to the Court of competent jurisdiction in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
