UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
1. The parties are required to execute the Conveyance Deed in accordance with the judgment dated 23.09.2022 in Civil Appeal No. 2741 of 2009.
3. We see no reason for the Registering Authorities to withhold the execution of the Conveyance Deed, inasmuch the area, which is to be handed over to the petitioners, has been identified by this Court vide its order dated 07.11.2023 in the present proceedings..
5. In that view of the matter, we direct the abovestated Registering Authorities to ensure that the Conveyance Deed is duly registered within a period of two weeks from today.
7. List this matter after two weeks for compliance.
