1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of a petition filed under Section 125 of Code of Criminal Procedure titled as ‘Arshiya Bakshi (minor through her father) vs. Sonam Sharma’ bearing no.MNT/179/2023, pending before Principal Judge, Family Court, Panchkula, Haryana to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore, Karnataka.

2. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, we do not find any ground to transfer the present petition.

3. The Transfer Petition is accordingly, Signature Not Verified dismissed.
