1. Delay condoned.
2. One of the contentions raised on behalf of the appellants is that the issue re: validity and justification of the disciplinary proceedings, pending before the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana against the appellants, was also expressly raised before the Bar Council of India. However, while deciding the appeal, the Bar Council of India (for short, `BCI’) has not adverted to those contentions. On this premise, learned counsel for the appellants submits, and rightly so, that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to file a Review Petition before the BCI so that the other contentious issues raised on their behalf can also be adjudicated.
3. For the reasons aforestated, we permit the appellants to withdraw this appeal and approach the BCI.
