1. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the deceased was husband of petitioner No. 1. Petitioner Nos. 2, 3 and 4 Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by are mother, father and brother of the CHETAN ARORA Date: 2025.10.18 Reason:

2. The deceased committed suicide. As a result, a First Information Report came to be lodged in the year 2017 implicating the petitioners. The petitioners challenged the First Information Report through application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure , 1973. Initially, there was an interim order passed in the said petition. However, later, the said petition was withdrawn vide order dated 22.08.2025. Therefore, now the investigating agency is seeking to arrest the petitioner. It has been submitted that the allegations made against the petitioners are regarding harassment of the deceased which, according to petitioners, would not amount to abetment of suicide.
3. Issue notice, returnable in six weeks.
