O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. The appeal is directed against the order dated 21st November, 2023 passed by the High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad in Criminal Revision Case No.609 of 2021.
3. Maintenance awarded by the trial court has been reduced by the High Court from Rs.30,000/- to Rs.20,000/- .
3. We are of the considered view, upon hearing learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, that a sum of Rs.25,000/- per month would be sufficient. Ordered accordingly.
4. However, we clarify that since the appellant no.1 is a doctor in the employment of the Government, the entire amount of Rs.25,000/-, as aforesaid, shall be expended for the well being of the child of the parties who is Signapturer Neot Vseriefiedntly in the custody of her mother, the appellant no.1.
