ORDER
1. The NHRC has submitted a very comprehensive report pursuant to the order dated 30.07.2025, which contains Advisory on Identification, Treatment, Rehabilitation and Elimination of Discrimination of Persons Affected by Leprosy. There are various other resolutions and relevant materials that have also been appended.
2. Let the copy of the report be circulated amongst the learned counsel for the parties to enable them to identify the areas which might require judicial intervention and the nature of the directions that this Court may eventually be required to issue.
3. For this purpose, learned senior counsel/counsel for the parties are directed to exchange their notes and thereafter submit their respective suggestions.
4. All the State counsel are requested to send soft copies of their brief action taken reports to Ms. Rashmi Nandakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) (in W.P.(C) No.1151/2017) in her email address, i.e
