1. The applicant seeks correction of an arithmetical error in paragraph 14 of the Judgment dated 22.08.2025 passed in Civil Appeal Nos.3132-3133 of 2023 (KAVIN Vs. P. SREEMANI DEVI &
ORS.).
2. According to the applicant, the total amount of compensation as enhanced by this Court is Rs.79,83,866/-. However, in paragraph 14 of the aforesaid Judgment, the amount stated inadvertently is Rs.82,83,866/-. It is prayed that the aforesaid figure be accordingly Gulshan Kumar Arora Date: 2026.01.07 Reasocn:orrected.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant/respondent No.1 does not dispute that the total amount of compensation granted is Rs.79,83,866/- which has been indicated in paragraph 4 of the miscellaneous application.
4. In view of aforesaid, the figure “Rs.82,83,866” mentioned in paragraph 14 of the Judgment dated 22.08.2025 shall be replaced by the correct figure which is “Rs.79,83,866/-.” The miscellaneous applications accordingly stand allowed.
