O R D E R

The Petitioner-wife has filed this Transfer Petition seeking transfer of the Divorce Petition bearing Petition/Civil Suit No.F54A of 2025, titled “Sandeep Agarwal v. Meenu Agarwal”, pending before the Family Court, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh to the Family Court, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

2. Despite valid service of notice on the respondent-husband, nobody has entered appearance on his behalf.

3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and after hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Petition is allowed and the subject-case is transferred to the Family Court, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

4. After the matter is transferred to the Family Court, Lucknow, SignaUturet Nott Vearifired Pradesh, the concerned Court will give fresh notice to the SAPNA BISHT Date: 2026.01.07 Reason:

before the said Court from the stage it was before the Family Court, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh.

5. The respondent is at liberty to move an application before the transferee court seeking permission for his presence through virtual mode, which shall be considered in accordance with law, depending on the infrastructure and facilities available at that Court.

6. The records of the case be transferred to the transferee Court forthwith.

7. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
