The Petitioner-wife has filed this Transfer Petition seeking transfer of the proceedings bearing HMA No.154 of 2024, titled “Gagan Sharma v. Inderjeet Kaur”, pending before the Family Court, Kullu-I, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Patiala, Punjab.

At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent-husband submits that the mediation between the parties has failed and the respondent has no objection to the prayer being allowed for transfer of the case from Family Court, Kullu-I, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Patiala, Punjab.
