is granted to respondent No.1 to file counter affidavit by 13.01.2026. If counter affidavit is filed as above, let the same be taken on record, else further opportunity to file the same would stand declined.
Notice sent for service on respondent No.2 has been received back with the remarks “unclaimed”. Hence, service is deemed to be complete on the said respondent in light of Judgment passed by this Hon’ble Court in K. Bhaskaran Vs. Sankaran Vaidhyan Balan and Another, (1999) 7 Supreme Court Cases 510 and order passed by the Registrar’s Court on
13.10.2023 in T.P. (C) No. 2090/2019.

If counter affidavit is filed as above, let the same be taken on record, else further opportunity to file the

Service was complete on respondent Nos.2 and 3 on
17.09.2025 but none has entered appearance.
Respondent No.4 is common as appellant in C.A No.9674/2025. Hence, service is deemed to be complete but none has entered appearance.
Notice sent for service on respondent No.5 has been received back with the remarks “unclaimed”. Hence, service is deemed to be complete on the said respondent in light of Judgment passed by this Hon’ble Court in K. Bhaskaran Vs. Sankaran Vaidhyan Balan and Another, (1999) 7 Supreme Court Cases 510 and order passed by the Registrar’s Court on 13.10.2023 in T.P. (C) No. 2090/2019. Still none has entered appearance on behalf of the said respondent.
