Hence, service is deemed to be complete on the said respondent in light of Judgment passed by this Hon’ble Court in K. Bhaskaran Vs. Sankaran Vaidhyan Balan and Another, (1999) 7 Supreme Court Cases 510 and order passed by the Registrar’s Court on

13.10.2023 in T.P. (C) No. 2090/2019.

Respondent No.4 is common as appellant in C.A No.9674/2025. Hence, service is deemed to be complete but none has entered appearance.

Hence, service is deemed to be complete on the said respondent in light of Judgment passed by this Hon’ble Court in K. Bhaskaran Vs.
