O R D E R

1. By way of this Transfer Petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of proceedings being HMA Petition No.693 of 2024, titled “Alok Kumar Kirodia vs. Sharmila & Anr.“, pending before the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saket Court, New Delhi to the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.

2. On the oral request, respondent no.2 is deleted from the array of parties at the risk and peril of the petitioner. Registry to amend the cause title accordingly.

3. The grounds raised by the petitioner for transfer are: she has to take care of her children; she has no financial support and, also on account of long distance, she is unable to effectively defend the proceedings initiated at New Delhi.

4. On such consideration, we are of the view that the Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by transfer can be allowed. Consequently, the Transfer NAVEEN D Date: 2026.01.10 Reason:

Petition is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the proceedings being HMA Petition No.693 of 2024, titled “Alok Kumar Kirodia vs. Sharmila & Anr.“, pending before the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Saket Court, New Delhi is transferred to the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.

6. The records shall be forwarded to the transferee Court as expeditiously as possible.

7. Parties are directed to appear before the concerned Court on 09.03.2026.

8. The respondent-husband is permitted to attend the proceedings virtually, unless his physical presence is required by the concerned Court.

9. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
