4. We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
5. The appellant, through learned counsel, seeks time to hand over the vacant and peaceful possession of the demised premises to the respondent(s)/landlord(s) within a period of one year from today. Prayer accepted.
6. The appellant shall furnish an undertaking before this Court to vacate the premises on or before 30th November,2026. The undertaking, in the usual form, shall be filed by the appellant within three weeks from today, failing which the Registry shall Signatturea Nokt Veerifi edappropriate steps.
