1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner–wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P. No.179 of 2024 titled as "Sri Kola Satyanarayana Murty versus Saladi Chandrakala" pending before the Court of Senior Civil Judge at Sangareddy, Sangareddy District, Telangana to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Kothapeta, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema District, Andhra Pradesh.

2. After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, in our opinion, a case is made out for transfer of the case. It is pleaded that the petitioner is unemployed and does not have means to afford the expenses of travelling and accommodation. Moreover, one more case is also pending at Kothapeta, Dr. B.R.

3. Accordingly, H.M.O.P. No.179 of 2024 titled as "Sri Kola Satyanarayana Murty versus Saladi Chandrakala" pending before the Senior Civil Judge at Sangareddy, Sangareddy District, Telangana is ordered to be transferred to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Kothapeta, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema District, Andhra Pradesh.

4. Records shall be sent promptly by the Court where proceedings are pending to the transferee Court.

5. In case video conferencing facilities are available in the transferee Court, the parties may be permitted to appear through video conferencing on non-effective dates of hearings.

6. Accordingly, the Transfer Petition is allowed.
