1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner–wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P. No.179 of 2024 titled as "Sri Kola Satyanarayana Murty versus Saladi Chandrakala" pending before the Court of Senior Civil Judge at Sangareddy, Sangareddy District, Telangana to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Kothapeta, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Konaseema District, Andhra Pradesh.

2. After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, in our opinion, a case is made out for transfer of the case. It is pleaded that the petitioner is unemployed and does not have means to afford the expenses of travelling and accommodation. Moreover, one more case is also pending at Kothapeta, Dr. B.R.
