SLP (CRL.) No.11008/2025

1. Issue notice, returnable eight weeks hence.

2. The benefit of exemption from surrendering, granted earlier by this Court, shall continue till the next date of hearing.

SLP (Crl) No. 12534/2025

1. Issue notice, returnable eight weeks hence, subject to deposit of a further sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakh) only by the petitioner towards part- payment of the fine imposed on her by the High Court within a month from date. Such deposit be made before the trial court.

2. If Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakh) only is deposited by the petitioner in terms of this order, the same shall be invested in a fixed deposit account of a nationalized bank on auto renewal basis till further orders. If not invested, Rs.10,40,000/- (Rupees ten lakh forty thousand) only deposited by the petitioner earlier shall be similarly invested.

3. The benefit of exemption from surrendering, granted earlier by this Court on 26^th August, 2025, shall continue till the next date of hearing subject to deposit as aforesaid.
